The Booster Pump Control System ( BPCS) is designed to Automatically Operate
two (2) DELTA Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) attached to Pumps of your choice
or Pumps currently installed at the facility (Three Phase Motors only). The VFDs utilize
a lead/lag 100 hour alternator providing equalized wear and usage on each pump.
Single Phase Installations can be converted to Three Phase Pump Motors by
proper design utilizing the correct VFD.
The BPCS will operate one or two pumps based upon the demand side
Pressure Transducer without conflict ( or hunting ) between VFDs.
Implementation of an Energy Management Plan that highlights the need for the
efficient use of ELECTRICITY has a tangible and significant benifits in lowering
the operating costs of any facility.
Low-cost Operational Changes often secure the low hanging fruit of avaliable savings.
Cost Savings of Electricity in most cases demonstrate a Return on Investment (ROI)
of less than one year on dual 7.5 HP pumping schemes.
No water hammering; which, equates to fewer broken pipes.
[ RE: lower plumbing cost and lower cleanup cost ]
One customer says it has eliminated over $1500.00/month in plumbing and
cleanup cost.
Overall quieter, smoother pump operation; resulting in longer pump life.
