Booster Pump Control System

a) Manual bypass pump control ( pump supplied separately
    or utilizing exiting pump) from PLC Analog Pressure
    Transducer.

b) Manual bypass pump control ( pump supplied separately
   or utilizing exiting pump) from an electro-mechanical
   pressure switch in the output line without PLC control
   ( PLC continues to monitor Alarms).

c) VFD Parameter Unit ( PU ) Mounted on enclosure door
    ( PU is password protected to prevent inadvertent
    changes to VFD program).


d) PLC Operator Interface Terminal ( OIT ) Mounted on
   enclosure door text display of individual Alarms,
    text/numerical display pump runtime, manual
    selection of pump to run, Alarm Acknowledge
    and System RESET. 


e) Dedicated hardwire, telephone line seize or
    telephone dial out remote Alarm notification.

g) Power line Surge Suppressor
All pricing assumes utilization of existing pumps.
There are other plumbing considerations that are required
before placing BPSC into service.

1) Basic BPSC dual 7.5 HP VFD, 3 Phase 230 VAC  = $6500.00
2) Basic BPSC dual 10 HP VFD, 3 Phase 230 VAC  = $7000.00
3) Basic BPSC dual 7.5 HP VFD, 3 Phase 460 VAC = $7700.00
4) Basic BPSC dual 10 HP VFD, 3 Phase 460 VAC = $7900.00
5) Option ' a ' adder = $250.00
6) Option ' b ' adder = $350.00
7) Option ' c ' adder = $150.00
